Evaluation of Australia Read Brand

BRIEF
The Australian Read Brand was developed in association with the Australian Publishing Association to create a unified identity for Australian publishers when exhibiting internationally. An evaluation was required to assess the success of the initiative.
APPROACH
The evaluation involved analysis of acquittal reports, budgets and internal documents, along with in-depth interviews with publishers throughout Australia and consultation with internal and external stakeholders. An evaluation report was prepared that included recommendations to assist the Australia Council to make informed decisions regarding the way in which Australia’s cultural identity is communicated through its presence at international book fairs.
