City of Ryde recognises the importance of a vibrant and robust arts and cultural life and is committed to supporting social inclusion through the delivery of its Social Plan 2019-2024 and Creativity Strategy 2019-2025.

NSF Consulting was commissioned to work closely with Council to develop an Evaluation Strategy for these two important documents.

APPROACH

We conducted staff workshops and followed best-practice principles to create an easy-to-use step-by-step guide that provides a framework to guide the consistent, robust and transparent evaluation and performance measurement of the two plans.
