Review Exhibition Capacity of Regional Museums

BRIEF
A review was required of the exhibition capacity of the Victorian museum sector to determine how well a recent initiative is supporting the sector and what else may be developed to assist community museums
APPROACH
The review comprised an online survey of all Museums Australia (Victoria) members, as well as some non-members through related networks, internal stakeholder working meetings, focus groups with stakeholders, site visits and in-depth interviews with regional organisations across greater Victoria. A detailed report was prepared discussing the issues of the sector as well as opportunities. A series of detailed strategic findings were prepared.
