Evaluation of Get Set for Work Program

EPIC Employment Services
2012

BRIEF

EPIC’s Get Set For Work program is designed to create a transition pathway for young with disadvantage or disability towards getting a job, returning to school, or continuing with education or training.

With threats to the ongoing government funding of the program, an independent evaluation was required to measure the impact of the program and to consider the impacts on society if it were discontinued.

APPROACH

The evaluation comprised in-depth interviews with EPIC staff, an online survey of EPIC clients from 2010-2012, and in-depth interviews with young people.

An Evaluation Report was prepared that included findings, case studies and quotes that helped to illustrated the findings from the research.
